A dainty but beautiful disk necklace. Choose to keep the heart and ampersand and only enter in two custom initials, or alternatively enter in up to 4 initials to replace the heart and ampersand.

This set includes two gold disks, one silver disk and one rose gold disk, all floating on a gold chain.
